We currently have spaces available in nursery section (for toddlers / children aged 18 months – 3 years) and in our kindergarten section (for children aged from 3 years to school age).

Our new school year started on 18 August 2025 but we do accept new admissions during the school year, as we are an international community and understand that work commitments do not always coincide with the academic year.

Fees

We are a not-for-profit organisation (Verein). As set out in the fee information sheet, each year the cost of sending your child to TIMS comprises a membership fee, tuition fees, and a lunch & snack fee. We generally invoice families for these school fees in two blocks: once for term 1 and once for term 2. However, to enable you to spread the cost more evenly if this better suits your family finances, there is an option to pay the school fees monthly, which includes a small charge to cover the extra administrative costs.

Short term parking is available on the premises.

Opening Hours

TIMS is open from:

8:00 am to 5:00 pm Mondays to Thursdays
and 8:00 am to 4:30 pm on Fridays.

The regular school day hours are from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm.

Morning care in the gym is provided from 8:00 to 8:30 am as needed.

Afterschool activities, usually from 3:00 to 4:00 pm, are offered on most days and are subject to an extra fee.
Afterschool care (Monday to Thursday from 3:00 to 5:00 pm and Friday from 3:00 to 4:30 pm) may be provided if needed.

Holiday Camps are provided during most school holidays. Spaces are limited and are subject to an extra fee. Holiday camp hours and activities planned may vary.
